About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, engage, and onboard international B2B clients, including pharmacies, healthcare distributors, and corporate buyers in the US market.
2. Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, convert inbound leads, handle product inquiries, and negotiate bulk pricing agreements.
3. Communicate with prospects and clients through chat, email, and phone to build relationships, finalize contracts, and support business growth.
4. Maintain accurate CRM records by updating client interactions, profiles, and sales pipeline stages.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded clients, ensuring smooth order processing and effective post-sales support.
6. Address client queries and foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business and customer retention.

Other requirements

1. Excellent written and spoken English with strong professional communication skills.

2. Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

3. Familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms, and data management tools.

4. Willingness to work a permanent night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST) from Noida Sector 135.

5. Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding goals.

6. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and commercial aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 /year
