Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for offshore staffing and recruitment services. The role involves managing client accounts, nurturing relationships, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal recruitment teams to deliver suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, engaging prospects through calls and emails, preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and tracking performance against sales targets. The position also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, providing regular reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation in a B2B services environment.
• Strong understanding of Business operations and market dynamics in staffing and offshore recruitment.
• Excellent Communication skills, including confident client-facing interaction and presentation abilities.
• Experience in Account Management, with a focus on relationship building and client retention.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within recruitment, HR services, or IT services.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Comfort with using CRM and productivity tools, and working with data to track performance and outcomes.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
