We are looking for an experienced Formwork Head to oversee and manage all formwork-related activities
across commercial and residential projects in the Bangalore region. The candidate will be responsible for
planning, execution, optimization, safety, quality, and productivity of formwork systems including
conventional, aluminium, Mivan, PERI, Doka, tunnel form, and table form systems. The role requires strong
expertise in high-rise construction, manpower handling, contractor coordination, and project execution.
Similar responsibilities are commonly seen in large construction organizations handling high-rise and
infrastructure projects. Responsibility: Lead and manage all formwork operations for regional projects.
 Plan and monitor formwork cycles for commercial and residential projects.
 Ensure timely erection, dismantling, and movement of formwork systems.
 Coordinate with project managers, execution teams, planning teams, and subcontractors.
 Supervise aluminium formwork / Mivan / PERI / Doka system implementation.
 Ensure optimum utilization of shuttering material and labour productivity.
 Monitor formwork inventory, reconciliation, and material movement.

 Review drawings, BOQs, formwork layouts, and execution methodologies.
 Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are maintained at all project sites.
 Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical execution issues.
 Manage labour contractors, shuttering supervisors, and formwork gangs.
 Drive cost optimization and reduction in material wastage.
 Coordinate with design and engineering teams for technical support.
 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
 Ensure compliance with project timelines and safety standards.
