About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
2. Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
3. Develop content ideas based on education, admissions, test preparation, student achievements, events, webinars, and relevant trends.
4. Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, and social media copy.
5. Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to execute social media creatives and videos.
6. Brief designers/video editors clearly and ensure content is delivered according to requirements.
7. Create and manage Instagram Reels and other short-form video content.
8. Identify relevant social media trends, formats, sounds, topics, and opportunities.
9. Schedule and publish posts across platforms.
10. Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and maintains consistency.
11. Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall community engagement.
12. Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
13. Analyse metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views, and content performance.
14. Identify high-performing content and suggest ways to improve future content.
15. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, webinars, events, launches, and promotional activities.
16. Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, formats, and platform features.
17. Proactively suggest new content ideas and social media initiatives.
