About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Architect to lead projects from concept through execution. You'll be responsible for driving design, coordinating teams and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered with a high level of design and technical excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident taking ownership, enjoys solving complex design challenges, and can balance creativity with execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept design through construction.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, presentations and material palettes.
- Prepare and review detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and clients.
- Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related challenges.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and internal coordination.
- Mentor junior architects and support the growth of the design team.
- Ensure design quality and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 1–5 years of professional experience in architecture and interiors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing built work.
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail or commercial projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of Revit and rendering software is an advantage.
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work collaboratively within a team.
