About the job
Key Responsibilities:
A. Lead Management1. Handle leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, references, and walk-ins
2. Understand customer requirements related to budget, location, and property preferences
3. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients B. Client Advisory & Consultation
1. Provide professional guidance on residential projects and investment opportunities
2. Explain project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits
3. Build trust and maintain a consultative sales approach C. Site Visits & Property Presentations
1. Schedule and conduct project site visits for clients
2. Present project highlights, amenities, and location advantages
3. Assist customers in evaluating suitable investment options D. Sales Closure
1. Negotiate effectively with clients and developers
2. Support clients through booking formalities and documentation processes
3. Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities E. Relationship Management
1. Build long-term relationships with customers
2. Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities
3. Provide post-sales assistance and customer support F. Market Research & Reporting
1. Stay updated on current real estate trends, pricing, and new launches
2. Analyze customer preferences and market demand
3. Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and follow-up records
4. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing
