About the job
We are hiring Sales Training Assistants to support daily coaching, practice drills, and student development within a structured sales training environment. This role focuses on real-time feedback, pod-level coaching, and helping students build practical sales skills through repetition and guided practice.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct pod-level Sales Gym sessions for small student groups.2. Observe practice calls, role plays, and simulations.
3. Provide real-time, actionable feedback to students.
4. Track daily student progress and escalate concerns when necessary.
5. Support Learning, Gym, and Live Sales training sessions.
6. Assist in setting up and managing daily drills and activities.
7. Maintain discipline, structure, and positive energy on the training floor.
8. Work closely with the Lead Trainer on student development initiatives.

Coaching Effective Communication Training and Development

Who Can Apply:
1. Candidates with backgrounds in psychology, education, behavioural training, coaching, or related fields.
2. Sales experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
3. Strong interest in people development and coaching.
4. Ability to provide clear, honest, and constructive feedback.
5. Comfortable working with freshers and early-career learners.
6. Strong communication skills and high energy levels.
