About the job
The Role:
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in achieving targets and driving revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes.Assist in developing sales strategies and plans.Support the sales team in daily operations and customer interactions.Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.Coordinate with marketing to align sales efforts with promotional activities.Participate in training and mentoring junior sales staff.Team Structure: You will work closely with the Sales Manager and collaborate with a team of sales representatives.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively contribute to the sales team.Experience in sales or customer service.Strong analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficient in CRM software.Education: A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
