Are you a social media savant with a knack for creative writing and a passion for Instagram marketing? Drishtency By BM is seeking a Junior Social Media Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. If you have strong written and spoken English skills, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

1. Should have an iPhone so that he/she can implement creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Craft compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram.
3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
5. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
6. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
7. Assist in the planning and execution of social media events and initiatives to further promote our brand.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
