Lead - Product Design

Role: Lead – Product Design Location: Gurgaon Experience: 7 years About the Role We are looking for a Lead – Product Design to drive the design vision and user experience for Bachatt . This role will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric designs and leading the end-to-end design process across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product design process from research to final delivery Define and drive the design vision, strategy, and UX standards for Bachatt Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven improvements Maintain and evolve the design system and UI consistency Mentor and guide junior designers Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions Requirements 7 years of experience in product/UX design Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Experience working in fast-paced/startup environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have Experience in fintech or savings/investment products Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards Basic understanding of front-end development
