Job Title: AI Lead Location: Remote Experience: 7–12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. This role involves leading a team of engineers, defining AI strategy, and delivering scalable, production-grade systems aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, along with proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring high performance and continuous growth. Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data processing to model deployment. Drive development of Generative AI applications, including LLM-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions. Establish and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring. Ensure best practices in model evaluation, scalability, and performance optimization. Conduct code reviews, model reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering standards. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and recommend adoption where relevant. Required Skills & Qualifications 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related roles. Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Deep Learning. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools. Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management. Preferred Qualifications Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM fine-tuning. Exposure to NLP, Computer Vis
