Centennial Infotech is seeking a results-oriented B2B cold caller/appointment setter to support its business development efforts across the US market. The role will focus on creating meaningful first conversations with prospective business customers and building a dependable pipeline of qualified appointments. We are looking for people with fluent spoken English, professional communication skills, reliable attendance, and consistent availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to US businesses.
2. Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers.
3. Follow our provided script and training.
4. Qualify prospects according to our requirements.
5. Confirm that you are speaking with the owner or decision-maker.
6. Confirm whether the business is currently accepting new clients.
7. Generate qualified appointments and leads.
8. Accurately record lead information and call outcomes.
9. Maintain professional communication throughout every call.

Required availability:

1. Monday-Friday.
2. 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Pacific Time.
3. You must be available for the entire scheduled shift.

We need people who can:

1. Start work on time every day.
2. Maintain consistent attendance.
3. Remain available throughout the scheduled hours.
4. Avoid frequent late logins or early logouts.
5. Communicate in advance regarding planned absences.
6. Commit to the required schedule consistently.

Fluent English requirement: Fluent spoken English is mandatory. You must be comfortable having natural conversations with US business owners and decision-makers.

We are looking for callers who:

1. Speak fluent and clear English.
2. Have strong pronunciation and understandable speech.
3. Can understand U.S. accents and different speaking styles.
4. Can communicate naturally without relying entirely on reading a script.
5. Can confidently ask questions and respond to prospects.
6. Can handle basic objections professionally.
7. Can maintain a professional and conversational tone.
8. Can speak clearly enough that prospects can easily understand you.
9. Strong English communication is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

Equipment & work requirements

A. You must have:
1. Reliable computer/laptop.
2. Stable high-speed internet.
3. Backup internet is preferred.
4. Good-quality headset and microphone.
5. Quiet and professional workspace.
6. Reliable power/internet during working hours.
7. Ability to work without frequent technical interruptions.

B. Previous experience in:
1. B2B cold calling
2. Appointment setting
3. Lead generation
4. Telemarketing
5. US outbound calling
6. Sales experience is preferred.
7. Experience speaking with US business owners and decision-makers is a strong advantage.

Performance expectations: Our target is 10+ qualified appointments/leads per day and 3+ verified leads per day. However, we care about lead quality as much as volume.

Performance will be evaluated based on:
1. Lead quality.
2. Call quality.
3. Daily activity.
4. Attendance.
5. Consistency.
6. Ability to follow the campaign process.
