As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and generating leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:1. Conducting cold calls to prospects to pitch our products and services.
2. Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our offerings to effectively answer customer inquiries.
3. Updating and maintaining customer information in MS-Excel for future follow-ups.
4. Achieving weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and call volume.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
6. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
