Speak2University is hiring for Web CMS Management & Content Operations Intern
About the Company:
Speak2University is an international education platform that helps students explore universities, discover academic programmes, and make informed decisions about studying abroad. The company is building a comprehensive digital experience about institutions worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain website content through the administrative panel or CMS.
- Create and format structured pages using approved templates and content standards.
- Research universities, academic programmes, locations, and related information from reliable online sources.
- Upload content, images, metadata, and page information accurately.
- Support basic SEO activities, including page titles, descriptions, headings, and content optimisation.
- Perform quality checks for accuracy, formatting, completeness, links, and consistency.
- Assist with routine website updates and improvements to the content structure.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with website administration, CMS platforms, content editors, or online dashboards.
- Strong written English, careful attention to detail, and comfort with structured, repetitive work.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website content management is preferred.
- Familiarity with WordPress or another CMS is an advantage.
- Ability to follow templates, conduct online research, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
This is a 3-month remote internship with a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 and one opening. The intern will gain practical experience in backend website operations, landing-page publishing, SEO fundamentals, content optimisation, education research, and the international education sector.
