Businesss Development Associate - Inside Sales

Job Summary

CloudUnicorn Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Associate – Inside Sales with good communication skills and basic knowledge of IT, Networking, and Cybersecurity. The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, follow-ups, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Make outbound calls and identify potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions
• Schedule meetings and product demos with the sales/technical team
• Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline
• Update lead and customer information in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs

Required Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of IT and Networking
• Basic knowledge of Sophos and Fortinet is preferred
• Understanding of Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Email Security, VPN, and common cyber threats
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and IP addressing
• Willingness to learn new technologies

Candidate Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience; freshers can apply
• Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, or a relevant field
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• CCNA, Sophos, or Fortinet certifications will be an advantage
