Job Description

Job Summary

The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the B2B Marketing team by driving data-driven decision making, reporting excellence, and seamless campaign execution. This role is responsible for providing actionable insights, maintaining marketing operations processes, and ensuring the effective execution and measurement of marketing programs across the region. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with marketing technology expertise and a passion for improving processes that drive business growth.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

Key Responsibilities

• Own weekly lead reporting and dashboards, ensuring accurate visibility into marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and lead progression.

• Develop executive, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting materials that provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Manage webinar and virtual event setup through ON24 and Swoogo , ensuring seamless registration, attendance tracking, and reporting.

• Partner with Events, Sales, and Marketing teams to implement and optimize lead capture, routing, and follow-up processes across all campaigns and events.

• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing business reviews through data extraction, analysis, and performance reporting.

• Serve as the team's subject matter expert (SME) for Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) , providing reporting support, dashboard development, and best practice guidance.

• Act as the primary Eloqua SME, managing campaign setup, audience segmentation, target list creation, database management, testing, and deployment.

• Maintain data quality and governance across marketing systems, ensuring the integrity of reporting, audience databases, and campaign execution.

• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance marketing operations effectiveness.

• Collaborate across B2B Marketing, Sales, Events, and Operations teams to improve measurement, campaign execution, and demand generation outcomes.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).

• Experience in B2B marketing analytics and metrics

• Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans.

• Experience in campaign execution and measurement.

• Experience in data analysis and reporting.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).

• Experience in digital platforms and channel strategies.

• Experience in sales presentations and advising clients.

• Experience in creating dashboards and performance reports
