Technical Lead - Product Management

Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager / Product OwnerRole Summary:We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (Product Owner) with a strong engineering background to lead enterprise-scale digital products. This role requires a leader who can drive product strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and lead execution across complex, cross-functional environments.Core Responsibilities:- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned to business goals.- Own end-to-end product delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.- Lead Agile execution across multiple teams; ensure delivery predictability and efficiency.- Act as the primary bridge between business, engineering, and leadership.- Work closely with senior leadership, delivering CXO-level presentations and influencing key decisions.- Drive feature release planning, including rollout strategy, stakeholder communication, and adoption tracking.- Improve product adoption and engagement through structured enablement (documentation, demos, videos, training).- Provide technical direction by validating architecture, design decisions, and scalability considerations.- Manage complex stakeholder environments, resolve conflicts, and align priorities.- Define and track product KPIs; use data to continuously refine product strategy.- Proactively identify risks, drive decisions under ambiguity, and ensure accountability across teams.Must-Have Skills:Technical:- Strong hands-on software development background.- Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.- Strong data orientation - SQL, analytics, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).- Ability to challenge and guide engineering teams on design and trade-offs.Product:- Proven experience in owning large-scale products/platforms.- Expertise in roadmap strategy, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-driven delivery.- Strong focus on metric-driven product management and ROI ownership.Leadership & Stakeholder Management:- Strong experience working with senior leadership and driving CXO-level communication.- Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.- Proven track record of leading cross-functional and global teams.- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.Soft Skills:- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.- High ownership, initiative, and bias for action.- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity at scale.Good-to-Have Skills:- Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), or advanced analytics.- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering productivity metrics (DORA, etc.).- Experience in enterprise or platform-based products.- Exposure to experimentation, A/B testing, or UX research.- Strong executive presence and strategic thinking capability.Experience & Qualifications:- 10-15 years of experience across software engineering and product management.- Prior experience as a developer/engineer.- Bachelor's degree in engineering / computer science (or equivalent).- Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).Key Traits for this role:- Technical depth with strategic product thinking.- Ability to influence leadership and drive decisions.- Strong ownership and execution mindset.- Comfortable navigating complex, large-scale organizations.- Focus on impact, scalability, and continuous improvement.
