ServiceNow Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.- Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and provide architectural guidance.- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications.- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Scripted REST APIs.- Configure and develop workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and other ServiceNow components.- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide timely resolutions.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.- Participate in solution design, release planning, deployments, and platform upgrades.- Drive continuous improvements in platform performance, security, and scalability.Required Skills & Experience :- 7 - 11 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Technical Leadership.- Strong expertise in :1. ServiceNow Architecture2. ITSM3. ITOM4. HRSD5. Custom Application Development- Hands-on experience with :1. JavaScript2. GlideScript3. AngularJS- Strong experience with :1. REST/SOAP Integrations2. Scripted REST APIs- Experience in ServiceNow platform customization, configuration, and development.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Skills :- Experience with :1. Flow Designer2. UI Builder3. Virtual Agent4. Agent Workspace5. Platform Analytics- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are preferred.- Experience delivering enterprise or global ServiceNow implementations.
