Experience :7- 12 YearsLocation : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune/ IndoreJob Summary :We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack .NET Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies, Angular/React, cloud platforms, and event-driven architectures.The ideal candidate should possess hands-on technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to mentor teams, drive architecture discussions, and ensure delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications using .NET/.NET Core- Lead development activities across frontend, backend, and cloud integration layers- Develop responsive UI applications using Angular or React- Build scalable REST APIs and Microservices-based solutions- Implement event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus- Work on Azure or AWS cloud-based deployments and integrations- Review architecture, code quality, scalability, and performance optimization strategies- Mentor and guide development teams on best practices and technical solutions- Participate in technical design discussions, estimation, and solution reviewsRequired Skills :Backend Technologies :- .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core- C#- REST APIs- Microservices ArchitectureFrontend Technologies :- Angular or React- JavaScript / TypeScriptDatabase :- SQL Server or OracleMessaging Technologies :- RabbitMQ- Kafka- Azure Service Bus- Message Broker Concepts- Azure or AWS- CI/CD pipelines- Azure DevOps / Jenkins- Team handling / mentoring experience- Technical leadership- Code reviewsGood to Have :- Docker / Kubernetes exposure- Experience with distributed systems- Performance tuning and optimization- Design patterns and scalable architecture experience- Agile/Scrum delivery exposurePreferred Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities- Experience leading enterprise-scale application development projects (ref:hirist.tech)
