About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update product listings across Amazon, Blinkit, PharmEasy, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.2. Monitor inventory levels, product availability, pricing, and promotional activities to ensure optimal marketplace performance.
3. Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketplace campaigns, promotions, and sales events.
4. Support digital marketing and performance marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales growth.
5. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and search rankings.
6. Track and analyze sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
7. Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
8. Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
9. Generate and maintain regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, campaign results, and marketplace metrics.
10. Ensure product information, images, descriptions, and content are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines.

1. 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online retail, or a related field.
2. Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit, PharmEasy, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
3. Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and SEO principles.
4. Familiarity with product catalog management, listing optimization, and inventory tracking processes.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
7. Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
10. Knowledge of marketplace operations, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns will be an added advantage.
