What we want: We are seeking a data-driven SEO Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to develop, execute, and manage comprehensive search engine and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for improving our traditional organic search rankings, driving high-quality traffic, and ensuring all our brand is accurately represented and highly visible across emerging AI and Large Language Model (LLM) platforms like Claude, Chatgpt, Gemini & more.

What will you do:
• Strategic Optimization: Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-intent terms relevant to programmatic advertising, CPA, CPS, and broader Advertising solutions.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with content team and the broader marketing team to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and website copy for search engines.
• Technical SEO: Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Refresh. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on the latest algorithmic changes, SEO trends, and competitor strategies within the B2B technology sector.
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Develop and execute strategies to ensure the company ranks well, is accurately cited, and is highly recommended by major AI models and conversational search engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity)
Requirements
• Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, media studies or another discipline
• Skills: Certification in SEO & SEM, Google Adwords, Google Search Console & Analytics, SEM Rush, Hubspot, Similarweb, Sound knowledge of WordPress + HTML + CSS + Javascript, Adequate knowledge of reflecting SEO on Ai tools and LLMs
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technical SEO elements, including schema markup (JSON-LD), entity optimization, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.
• Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies for both Google Search and AI platforms.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for optimizing content to be clear, authoritative, and factually rigorous.
