Vice President of Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead global sales function. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth, expanding into strategic markets (especially North America), nurturing key accounts, and building a scalable, high-performing sales organization. Innovation & Solution Development Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Technology. • Experience: 10–20 years in business development, preferably in IT services or SaaS. • Skills: o Strong leadership and team management. o Excellent communication and negotiation. o Strategic thinking and analytical skills. o Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
