Vice President of Product (India - Remote) Location: Remote (India); occasional travel to Chennai Experience: 10+ years in Product management, with proven leadership in digital lending or e-commerce. US experience is a plus. Role Overview We are seeking a Vice President of Product to lead our India-based product organization. This leader will manage a team of 10–15 high-performing Product Managers and play a critical role in defining and delivering our global product vision. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product strategist, skilled communicator, and inspiring leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience. Key Responsibilities • Drive the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and execution for our consumer lending and digital financial products. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10–15 Product Managers to create a high-performance product culture. • Partner closely with global executives, engineering, design, and analytics to deliver best-in-class fintech experiences across full customer life cycle (including but not limited to application stage, delinquency management, and returning customer strategy). • Translate the company's strategic goals into clear product roadmaps and measurable outcomes. • Oversee product lifecycle management—from concept to launch, iteration, and scale. • Leverage data and user insights to drive decisions that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. • Stay current with fintech trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to ensure product innovation. • Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders to ensure strong communication and alignment across global teams.
