AWS DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

About the Role:We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud services, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS Lambda, S3, Terraform, Python/FastAPI, and GitHub, along with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment automation.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable AWS DevOps solutions using cloud services and Infrastructure as Code.- Develop and manage AWS Lambda functions for serverless applications and automation.- Configure and manage Amazon S3 for secure and reliable data storage.- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and follow Infrastructure as Code best practices.- Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.- Manage source code, branching strategies, pull requests, and collaboration using GitHub.- Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational processes.- Monitor AWS resources and troubleshoot performance, availability, and deployment-related issues.- Implement security, scalability, reliability, and cost-optimization best practices across AWS environments.- Collaborate with developers, architects, and other technical teams to support application development and deployment.- Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.Required Skills :- 5-8 years of experience in AWS DevOps / Cloud Engineering.- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and Amazon S3.- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).- Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI.- Hands-on experience with GitHub, Git workflows, and source-code management.- Good understanding of AWS cloud architecture and core AWS services.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Good understanding of cloud security, networking, monitoring, and scalability concepts.Good to Have :- Experience with AWS CloudFormation or other IaC tools.- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.- Experience with AWS monitoring and logging services such as CloudWatch.- Understanding of DevOps best practices and Agile methodologies.- AWS certifications would be an added advantage.
