Job Title : ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) ConsultantExperience : 5+ YearsPrimary Skills : ServiceNow, Performance Analytics (PA), KPI Development, Reporting, Dashboarding, JavaScript, Glide APILocation : As per requirementJob Description : We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and managing analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform.The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop data-driven insights, improve reporting capabilities, and enable effective decision-making across various ServiceNow modules.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Performance Analytics module, KPI development, dashboards, indicators, reporting frameworks, and analytics best practices.Key Responsibilities : - Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) solutions aligned with business requirements.- Develop and maintain KPIs, indicators, automated indicators, formula indicators, breakdowns, and interactive dashboards.- Configure and manage Performance Analytics data collection jobs, scheduled jobs, and reporting processes.- Create customized dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable business insights.- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective analytics solutions.- Analyze existing reporting structures and recommend improvements using ServiceNow PA capabilities.- Configure breakdown sources, breakdown mappings, indicator sources, and data collection strategies.- Customize PA solutions using ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript and Glide API.- Support data modeling activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of analytics output.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, dashboards, indicators, and PA configurations.- Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, developers, architects, and business teams for successful implementations.- Ensure analytics solutions follow ServiceNow governance, security, and best practices.- Provide recommendations to enhance platform reporting efficiency and user experience.Required Skills & Experience : - 5+ years of experience working on ServiceNow platform implementation and configuration.- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) module.- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of : 1. KPIs and Performance Metrics2. Metrics vs Indicators3. Indicator Sources4. Automated & Formula Indicators5. Breakdowns & Breakdown Mappings6. Scorecards & Dashboards7. Data Collection Jobs8. Scheduled Scripts- Strong experience in ServiceNow reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation.- Hands-on scripting experience using : 1. JavaScript2. Glide API3. ServiceNow scripting concepts- Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, tables, relationships, and data modeling concepts.- Experience customizing PA solutions based on business requirements.- Ability to analyze data trends and create meaningful insights.- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.Preferred Skills : - Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules such as : 1. ITSM2. ITOM3. HRSD4. CSM5. ITBM/SPM- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology.- ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage.- Experience handling enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations (ref:hirist.tech)
