We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Warehouse cum Dispatch Incharge in Chennai, Tamil Nadu . We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional capable of managing warehouse activities, inventory movement, dispatch coordination, and related documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse receiving, storage, stock movement, and dispatch activities.
  
• Coordinate timely dispatch of materials according to delivery schedules and requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate stock, inward, outward, and dispatch records.
  
• Verify quantities and documentation before materials are dispatched.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and support periodic physical stock verification.
  
• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth material movement.
  
• Ensure proper storage, identification, handling, and organization of warehouse materials.
  
• Prepare warehouse and dispatch reports and escalate stock or delivery discrepancies.
  

Required Skills

• Warehouse Operations: Ability to manage routine receiving, storage, material handling, and dispatch activities.
  
• Dispatch Management: Knowledge of dispatch planning, material verification, and shipment coordination.
  
• Inventory Control: Ability to maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory movement.
  
• Documentation: Ability to maintain inward/outward registers, dispatch records, and supporting documents.
  
• MS Excel & Reporting: Working knowledge of spreadsheets for inventory tracking and operational reports.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with transporters and logistics teams.
  
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse/inventory management software.
  
• Knowledge of stock reconciliation and physical inventory procedures.
  

Work Experience Requirements

The position requires 3 years of experience . Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stores, dispatch, or logistics operations would be suitable for the responsibilities of this position.

Education

Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (typical for the role)

Preferred: Graduate with logistics/supply chain exposure (typical)

Additional: Warehouse, inventory, or supply-chain certification (preferred/typical)
