Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve service-related issues through phone, email, and in-person communication. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate information on delivery status, documentation, and service timelines. The role also involves recording and tracking customer requests, maintaining service records, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Executive will support continuous improvement by reporting recurring issues, suggesting process enhancements, and adhering to company policies and service standards.
Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in customer service, customer support, and handling customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Knowledge or exposure to customer service management practices in logistics or related industries.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using basic office software and customer service tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or ticketing systems).
• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelors degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an added advantage.
