Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and introduce company offerings.
Perform outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information.
Support the sales team with market research and prospect identification.
Track outreach activities and prepare basic sales reports.
ChatGPT Claude Cold Calling English Proficiency (Spoken) Market research
have minimum 1 years of experience
Confidence in speaking with prospects over phone calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online research tools.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
