Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Samyak Equipments Pvt. Ltd. This is a Full-Time position based in Mumbai, India . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting our extensive range of jewellery manufacturing tools and equipment. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by actively engaging with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and other industry professionals. Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, understand their requirements, and present our products and solutions effectively.
- Perform product demonstrations and provide technical information on our range of machinery, tools, and consumables.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise sales revenue and profitability.
- Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfilment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the B2B sector.
- Familiarity with the jewellery manufacturing industry or a related technical field is highly advantageous.
- A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the Mumbai region.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
