Recruitment Administrator - Human Resources

Description We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions- (Blue collar hirings-nanny, caregivers)
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of each department
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
Build relationships with potential candidates and employers for future hiring needs
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or field recruitment
- Graduation and Masters preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships
