Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent, and use various channels like job boards, professional networks, and social media to source candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and use various methods to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to fully understand the requirements of open positions and help forecast hiring needs.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and candidate communication to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Pipeline building: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices to remain competitive in the hiring market.
Prepare reports and summaries on recruitment activities.
Candidate experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
