Head of Talent Acquisition and Management
Rs 5 - 8 lakhs p.a.Paytm
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Collaborate with Regional Heads on hiring requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and payouts
- Lead and manage a team of Field Recruiters and Vendor Associates
- Utilize data to improve recruitment metrics and processes Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience managing a recruitment team preferred
- Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with vendor management and ATS
- Data-driven approach to recruitment
