It's central HR COE position with dual focus - TA and TM
This role is a central HR COE position with dual focus:(1) strategic and operational ownership for talent acquisition and employer branding, and (2) driving talent management, capability building, and learning interventions across the organization. The incumbent will work closely with business HR and leadership teams to build workforce capability and ensure strong succession pipelines.
MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 possibly or Tier-2 B-School (mandatory).
12-15 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
Experience working in dynamic, growth-oriented, multi-location organizations exposure to infrastructure / energy / manufacturing sectors preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and ability to work with senior leadership.
Structured, process-oriented, and data-driven working style.
Strong communication, project management, and vendor management capabilities What's on Offer
