Kitchen Porter - Free Accommodation

The KST Staff at our restaurant are responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organised environment for both customers and staff.
They ensure that the dining areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities are well-maintained, providing a pleasant and hygienic atmosphere for guests.

Requirements
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
Wipe down all surfaces, including counters, doors, and windows.
Empty trash bins and replace liners in dining areas.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Clean kitchen floors and equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, and stoves.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of food storage and waste disposal areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring that toilet paper, soap, and other supplies are fully stocked.
Sweep, mop, and clean sinks, toilets, and mirrors
Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness in restroom areas throughout the shift.
Clean and maintain all public areas, such as hallways, lobby areas, and staff break rooms.
Wipe down high-traffic surfaces to reduce germs and keep the environment hygienic.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the manager
Restock toiletries and supplies for guests in the restrooms and dining areas.
