Full Times Café Barista

We are seeking a Junior Barista to join our team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 3 years of barista experience, demonstrating proficiency in espresso machine operation and exceptional customer service. Experience operating espresso machines to produce high-quality coffee beverages (Mandatory skill).
Inventory management skills to maintain and stock supplies and ingredients (Mandatory skill).
Ability to create latte art to enhance the aesthetic appeal of coffee drinks.
Knowledge of sourcing high-quality coffee beans from various suppliers.
Understanding of food safety regulations to ensure a hygienic cafe environment.
Creativity in menu design to develop and introduce new beverage options regularly.

Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages that meet quality standards.
Operate and maintain cleanliness of coffee machines and equipment.
Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed for daily operations.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the cafe.
Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal offerings.
Train new staff members on barista skills and customer service standards.
