About the job
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service throughout the project
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution of projects
- Work with internal teams, including creative, client services, and media, to develop and execute successful campaigns
- Monitor campaigns closely and provide timely feedback to relevant teams, client services, and clients as needed
- Analyze campaign performance data and prepare review presentations and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to clients Skill(s) required
