Handle increases in authorized and paid-up capital, including conversion of loans into equity and issuance of bonus shares
Convert financial statements into XBRL format
Prepare and file legal documents such as notices, board reports, and resolutions
Handle trademark applications, file replies to trademark objections, attend trademark hearings, and manage trademark oppositions Skill(s) required
