VR Speech and Hearing Clinic is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive (Business Development) to join our growing team in Pune. This position plays a key role in expanding our reach, strengthening partnerships, and driving business growth across Maharashtra. You will be instrumental in promoting our brand, services, and hearing healthcare solutions to individuals, hospitals, and corporate clients.
In this exciting role, you’ll work in a collaborative and innovative environment that values creativity, empathy, and initiative. You will help align our marketing and outreach efforts with our mission — to make hearing care accessible, affordable, and advanced for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive patient growth and brand visibility.
- Identify new business opportunities including partnerships with doctors, hospitals, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct market research to understand hearing care trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and outreach programs.
- Coordinate and participate in community health camps, exhibitions, and awareness drives.
- Collaborate with clinic teams to align marketing goals with patient service excellence.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure a superior patient experience.
- Manage digital marketing activities — including social media, website updates, and online lead generation.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
- Support sales and clinic management with presentations and proposals for business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, patient engagement, and referral development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, manage field activities, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and outreach programs.
