Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates (0–2 Years preferred)
Salary: To be discussed during the interview

Ability to interact confidently with candidates and corporate clients
Proactive, goal-oriented, and positive attitude
Willingness to learn recruitment, staffing, payroll & HR outsourcing processes
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential business clients.
Generate new business leads for HR consultancy services (Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, HR Outsourcing)
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and follow-ups.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable HR solutions
Schedule meetings with HR heads, business owners, and decision-makers
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Coordinate between Management clients, and internal recruitment teams Maintain and nurture
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and update CRM.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Experience in business development, sales, or HR consultancy is an advantage.
Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
