FX Retina is a performance marketing agency focused on helping businesses scale through data-driven paid advertising and growth strategies.
We work with businesses across D2C, E-commerce, Healthcare, Clinics, Real Estate, Education, B2B and other service-based industries, with a strong focus on generating measurable business outcomes through Meta and Google Ads.
We're looking for a Performance Marketer who understands that performance marketing isn't just about running ads — it's about understanding the business, identifying opportunities, testing intelligently, and continuously improving results.
Plan, launch, manage and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Take ownership of campaign performance across metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC and conversion rate.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining campaign quality and performance.
Analyse campaign data regularly and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages and campaign structures.
Work closely with creative teams to identify winning creatives, hooks, messaging and new testing opportunities.
Prepare performance reports and convert campaign data into clear, actionable insights.
Participate in client calls when required and confidently explain performance, challenges, strategy and next steps.
Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, attribution and advertising policies.
Minimum 1+ year of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
Previous experience working in a digital/performance marketing agency is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
Experience independently managing multiple active client accounts.
Experience handling meaningful advertising budgets and demonstrating the ability to scale campaigns while maintaining performance.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
Experience with industries such as Healthcare, Real Estate, D2C/E-commerce, Education or B2B will be an advantage.
Ability to take ownership of accounts rather than waiting for instructions for every optimization.

This role provides exposure to real client accounts, substantial advertising budgets, performance strategy, experimentation and scaling, with the opportunity to grow into greater account and team ownership as FX Retina expands.
Location: Remote, with preference given to candidates based in Lucknow or those comfortable working closely with the Lucknow team.
