We're a Consulting & Enablement company and are looking for motivated professionals to join our team to work on client-facing projects. As an "Associate Consultant Business Development ' within our sales team, your main role will be to strategise, identify, win, and retain clients. With a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills. You would be stepping into the world of Management Consulting and gaining experience working with CXO-level leaders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research, build prospect databases, and perform competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.2. Qualify and manage sales opportunities, including preparing proposals and responding to client queries.
3. Manage social media activities and maintain a strong, professional presence on LinkedIn.
4. Negotiate with key customer stakeholders and close business deals effectively.
5. Analyze competitors and customer segments to identify and explore potential markets and growth opportunities.
6. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and business outcomes within defined timelines.
7. Generate leads through inbound and outbound channels, conduct prospecting, and manage timely lead follow-ups.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,50,000 - 8,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 /year
