Support and Customer Service Executive
Rs 0.5 - 1.5 lakhs p.a.Genius Consultants
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are eager to grow their careers in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent support.
Document customer interactions and feedback for further improvement.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
