Role Overview We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Manager. The role involves driving sales, generating leads, and building strong client relationships for luxury resort investment projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and present high-value investment opportunities to potential clients.
Generate leads through various channels including references, networking, and digital platforms
Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a database of leads and track follow-ups effectively
4–10 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or high-value sales will be preferred
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
