The Business Mentor at Grip Forum is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
- Coordinate effectively with the Chapter Leadership Team to ensure smooth chapter operations
- Supervise and oversee chapter events, sessions, and activities to ensure quality and alignment with GRIP objectives
- Provide mentorship and professional guidance to chapter associates for their personal and business growth
- Ensure proper planning, execution, and follow-up of chapter meetings, events, and training programs
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in coaching or mentoring are an advantage.
