Kid specialist helping children build healthy, active lifestyles through structured fitness and wellness programs.

Role Description The Personal Kid Trainer will design and deliver child-friendly fitness sessions, focusing on safe, age-appropriate exercises and positive motivation. Responsibilities include assessing each childs fitness level, planning customized workouts, monitoring progress, and maintaining a safe training environment. The trainer will communicate regularly with parents or guardians, explaining goals, activities, and recommendations for at-home routines. This is a full-time/ part-time, on-site role based in Kotturpuram, Chennai, requiring hands-on engagement with children, coordination with colleagues

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to adapt sessions to children of different ages and abilities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to design varied, engaging activities that build strength, endurance, and coordination.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Nutrition to provide basic guidance on healthy eating habits appropriate for children.
• Relevant certifications in fitness training, sports coaching, or child-focused physical education are highly beneficial.
• Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentoring capacity, with strong communication and patience.
• Ability to maintain a safe environment, follow health and safety guidelines, and respond calmly to minor injuries or concerns.
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai, Kotturpuram, with flexibility for sessions scheduled at different times of the day.
