Telesales Executive - Marketing

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain AC AMC services repair services and company offers.
Generate leads and convert them into AMC customers.
Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with service team for scheduling appointments.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi English and/or Gujarati. Basic computer knowledge (Excel CRM or calling software preferred). Confident and professional telephone manner. Ability to convince and handle customer objections.
