Sales Support/Sales Negotiator

Looking for a fresher with a zeal to find new business by prospecting, qualifying and generating new marketing and competitor analysis. Should have liking for techno commercial marketing role - a professional who will be accountable and responsible for marketing and sales operations of Diagnostics Business.
Works independently under close supervision, responsible for selling to new channel partners/distributors and cross/up/repeat sales to existing channel partners/distributors. Deliver product demonstrations, sales bids and presentations to channel partners/distributors. Science graduate (PCM) or a similar field, MBA Preferred
Experience: 0-1 years' experience in the Sales of the Diagnostics range of products.
Analyze past project / business data to create new insights for value proposition, improving customer-experience, identifying new business opportunities etc.
- Process all generated leads from website or email
- Maintaining an accurate and updated database of customer information
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with dealers, customers based on trust and respect to create a better customer experience.
- Identify right set of customers, promote the products and achieve sales goals for the given territory for Avantor Diagnostic
- Develop new business within assigned geographic territory & clients by doing market survey on the potential of products and competitions' market share
- Identify new key accounts, distributor/channel partners and direct trade opportunities
- Implement business strategies successfully to grow profitable sales.
- Key Account Management & working closely with Channel Distributors to achieve Sales and profitability Targets
- Responsible for preparation of Sales Forecasts
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing pre-sales, after-sales support, product education and advice. It enables medical devices that help a little boy hear his mom's voice for the first time.
