Position Overview
The PLM Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and optimizing product lifecycle management processes, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document current PLM processes and workflows
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define PLM system requirements
Support PLM software configuration and implementation
Develop and maintain PLM system documentation
Conduct user training and provide technical support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of experience in PLM or product development environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in PLM software (e.g., ARAS, Teamcenter, PTC Windchill)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Technical Skills
PLM software implementation
Process mapping
Data analysis
Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of product development cycles
