Sulzer is a leading engineering company with a proud heritage of innovation. The Project Assistant is responsible for supporting project teams by performing administrative and coordination tasks, including updating schedules, tracking resources, and assisting with documentation.
This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Key Responsibilities Assist in updating project schedules and resource plans. Support the preparation of project documentation and reports. Coordinate logistics for meetings and project-related events. Maintain project files and records. Provide general administrative support to project teams. Skills & Qualifications May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience to carry out the role. Basic understanding of project coordination. Familiarity with office software (e.g., Word, Excel). Willingness to learn and support team objectives.
