Payroll Accountant (remote)

Job Title: USA Accountant
India Remote work time: Manage weekly/bi-weekly payroll for W2 1099 and C2C consultants.
- Process billing and invoicing based on approved timesheets and contract terms.
- Handle Accounts Receivable: track invoices follow up on payments and reconcile balances.
- Manage Accounts Payable: vendor payments subcontractor payouts and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports including revenue gross margins and KPI dashboards.
- Support tax filings audits budgeting and forecasting activities.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain internal financial controls.
- Work with Quickbook for invoice reconciliation and ADP for payroll
- Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams to verify placements and ensure accurate billing.
Bachelors in accounting or finance atleast 5 years of USA accounting experience.
- Experience in U.S. staffing or consulting industry accounting.
- Strong understanding of payroll labor classifications (W2/1099/C2C) and compliance.
- Proficiency with financial systems and VMS platforms like quickbooks and ADP.
